Payment Confirmation

A notification email with the summary of the payment received will be sent to your registered email address once the transaction is completed. You will also be able to download the payment receipts in PDF format from settings under notification tab after every successful payment transaction.

 

Refund Policy

Costs associated with any purchase cannot be refunded at this time. Please contact support@edentalportal.com if you have any issues or concerns.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made by email prior to accessing any part of eDental's Question Bank within 24 hours of purchase. No requests for cancellations will be accepted after this time period. Cancellations must be requested by emailing support@edentalportal.com. Your cancellation will be processed subject to 10% cancellation fee.
