A notification email with the summary of the payment received will be sent to your registered email address once the transaction is completed. You will also be able to download the payment receipts in PDF format from settings under notification tab after every successful payment transaction.

Cancellations may be made by email prior to accessing any part of eDental's Question Bank within 24 hours of purchase. No requests for cancellations will be accepted after this time period. Cancellations must be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Your cancellation will be processed subject to 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations for Dataflow and Exam booking can be made within 24 hours of purchase, subject to 10% cancellation fee if the processes are not initiated.
