Payment Confirmation

A notification email with the summary of the payment received will be sent to your registered email address once the transaction is completed. You will also be able to download the payment receipts in PDF format from settings under notification tab after every successful payment transaction.

Refund Policy

We recommend trying the free trial thoroughly before making a purchase. Costs associated with any purchase cannot be refunded at this time. Please contact support@edentalportal.com if you have any issues or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made by email prior to accessing any part of eDental's Question Bank within 24 hours of purchase. No requests for cancellations will be accepted after this time period. Cancellations must be requested by emailing support@edentalportal.com. Your cancellation will be processed subject to 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations for Dataflow and Exam booking can be made within 24 hours of purchase, subject to 10% cancellation fee if the processes are not initiated. Cancellations for Dataflow and Exam booking requested after 24 hours of purchase can be made only if the processes are not initiated, subject to 25% cancellation fee, valid up-to one year from the date of purchase.

Following cancellation, the customer will no longer be eligible to purchase or enroll in the same examination through eDental Portal using the same or any associated account. If the customer creates a new account or makes any future purchase for the same examination after cancellation, eDental Portal reserves the right to suspend or terminate such account(s), cancel the associated purchase(s), and apply the applicable cancellation fee to each purchase in accordance with the prevailing Cancellation Policy. These measures are implemented to ensure the integrity of our services, maintain operational consistency, and prevent circumvention of our cancellation policies.

Cancellations or refunds are not issued to individuals who violate the Terms & Conditions of purchase and/or engage in prohibited activities, including fraudulent use of the portal.
